EU Right of Withdrawal
Reecoil Pty Ltd applies the EU Right of Withdrawal Act.
This means that you as a customer have the right to exercise your existing 14-day right of withdrawal (also known as the 'cooling-off period') before the product is shipped.
If the product has shipped, it then becomes a return.

If your product has been shipped then as mentioned above it is a return.
The product must be returned in an unchanged and unused condition and in the original packaging.
Reecoil Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge the customer if anything is missing, for example instructions for use, missing suspenders, etc.
The customer is responsible for return costs.
